"We became a Pace dealer in 1998 after a short stint with another manufacturer. It was evident from the start that Pace was on the upward track. Their respect for the dealer body impressed me. I soon realized they understood that without a strong dealer group, they could not grow and prosper. The fact that they did not sell direct made the Pace name a much stronger benefit to me as a dealer. Since that day we have risen to the number 4 dealer in sales, a feat accomplished only by working together. I learned through my two years on the advisory council that Pace was interested in our challenges. Warranty situations are always handled in a professional and courteous manner, with the customer’s interest in mind. Through the years I have looked forward to the yearly dealer meetings.
